Yes. Master lacquers are shipped via FedEx Overnight to your pressing plant in a purpose-built container designed for safe transport. A flat $50 shipping fee applies.

For MFIT (Mastered for iTunes / Apple Digital Masters), we deliver full 24-bit masters to your distributor or aggregator. Files are carefully prepared to pass Apple’s encoding requirements with no clipping or codec overs.

Master lacquers are typically cut within 3–5 business days.
For vinyl production, you must first approve a test pressing before full manufacturing begins. Current pressing plant turnaround times average 60–90 days.

There is no fixed answer. It depends entirely on the program material.
Longer sides require lower overall cutting levels. Bass-heavy mixes and wide stereo information consume more groove space, which can further limit side length.
