A 50% deposit is required to begin work unless otherwise arranged or supported by an approved purchase order. Final payment is due prior to release of completed masters and deliverables.

Projects include reasonable revisions as discussed during scheduling. Additional revisions or alternate versions may incur additional charges.

Clients are responsible for retrieving source materials and media. AA Mastering is not responsible for tapes, DATs, hard drives, or other materials left unclaimed for more than 30 days following project completion.

Claims regarding defective or incomplete work must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

AA Mastering's liability is limited to remastering or refund of fees paid for services rendered, at our discretion. We are not responsible for consequential damages, manufacturing costs, shipping charges, or losses beyond the services provided.
